THE CALL IS OPEN UNTIL THE 7TH OF DECEMBER 2025
The Inspiration and Opportunities Call aims to support local talent in developing their skills and to help organisations lead interactive projects that promote space to diverse audiences.
Through this Call for Projects, the Luxembourg Space Agency seeks to encourage talent, inspire the next generation to pursue careers in space and STEAM, and develop skills and expertise.
By empowering students, professionals, and organisations to deliver innovative, educational, and engaging initiatives, this programme contributes to building a dynamic and sustainable space community in Luxembourg.
Application and eligibility
Who is eligible to submit a project?
- Students enrolled in an educational institution in Luxembourg, employees of a company based in Luxembourg, residents, or Luxembourg nationals.
Schools, non-profit organisations, and/or foundations based in Luxembourg (to carry out interactive projects aimed at pupils, students, and the general public).
Organisations not eligible for this call
- Organisations already receiving annual support from LSA
What types of projects are eligible?
Participation of talents in conferences, challenges, and workshops related to the space sector (in Luxembourg / Europe).
Organisation of events and challenges focused on STEM disciplines, with a clear connection to the space sector, taking place in Luxembourg and open to Luxembourg nationals.
Development of communication or awareness tools related to space, such as video games, interactive content, or innovative multimedia…
Timeline
2 calls per year
Projects must begin within one year of receiving confirmation from LSA and should not exceed a duration of one year.
2025
- Opening date: November 11 – Closing date: December 7
2026
- Opening date: April 1 – Closing date: April 30
Funding specifics
Talents
Participation: up to 50% of the total project cost, with a maximum of €1,000.
Events/Projects
- Organisation of events and challenges: up to 50% of the total project cost, with a maximum of €5,000.
- Development of communication or awareness tools related to space: up to 50% of the total project cost, with a maximum of €5,000.
