Astroport Space Technologies S. à r.l

CORE BUSINESS

Astroport is a deep-tech company specializing in space construction and in-situ resource utilization (ISRU). Its core technology stack converts lunar regolith into durable construction feedstock, enabling end-to-end, 3D printing-based fabrication of surface infrastructure on the Moon and beyond. The construction portfolio spans regolith refining and solidification, autonomous robotic construction systems, and civil engineering processes for site preparation - with an initial deployment focus on lunar landing pad emplacement. Derived technologies are commercialized across terrestrial markets, including defense, rocket cargo logistics, mining, and environmental remediation.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Astroport designs, deploys, and operates interplanetary landing stations, providing the infrastructure layer required for safe, reliable, and cost-efficient access to the Moon, Mars, and other planetary surfaces. Three integrated service lines form the commercial offering:

  1. Regolith Processing & Materials Manufacturing - Transforms raw lunar regolith into high-quality construction feedstock using proprietary melting, binding, stabilization, and solidification technologies;
  2. Autonomous Robotic Construction - Deploys swarm-based robotic systems anchored by the Lunatron® 3D construction printer for brick formation, structural placement, and fabrication of landing pads, roads, industrial yards, and foundations;
  3. Engineering Consulting & Mission Architecture - Delivers Concept of Operations (CONOPS) frameworks, system architecture design, functional requirements development, and lunar geotechnical analysis;

TECHNICAL MEANS

The technology stack is built around three capability pillars:

a) Regolith Processing - Molten regolith furnace with configurable outputs for structural feedstock, metal extraction, and volatile recovery

b) Construction Robotics - Lunatron® 3D construction printer combined with dedicated excavation, site preparation, and bulk regolith conveyance toolsets

c) Autonomous Operations - Swarm robotics architecture enabling coordinated, human-supervised construction execution in remote planetary environments

MAIN CUSTOMERS

Astroport advances its technology readiness through Government Catalyst research programs (ESA, European Commision, NASA) while building commercial partnerships with private global operators (e.g. Vermeer Corp.) and academic institutions in Europe, US and Australia to position for full-market entry as the cislunar economy matures.
